Remote Access

 

If required CLASS can be accessed remotely. This means being able to access CLASS away from your office.

Remote access requires another layer of security called a VPN (Virtual Private Network).  

 

You can request access to a VPN through your Centre's CLASS Administrator. We require the Administrator to make the request to the Helpdesk to ensure strong security measures. Due to the extra layers of security required, remote access should only be requested when necessary. 

Your Administrator can email the Helpdesk on naclc@classhelp.org.au and a member of the Helpdesk will process the request. 

Once your account has been created you will need to follow instructions found in a VPN Set Up Manual that will be provided to you by the Administrator.

Your Administrator should use the request form below to request for VPN access. Click on either the link or the form itself to download the form.
