Many of the reports available in class can be 'filtered' so that the results are limited to data that meets the criteria chosen in the filter panel.
Often a date range is selected but there are other filters like selecting a funding category or a few funding categories to show results based on these selections.
This page lists the options for all filters available in CLASS standard reports. See Filters available in the right hand column to jump show options available for the filter you require.
Select any dates and funding categories you require, for example:

Catchment (for Centres)
The Catchment chosen will determine which centres will be shown. Options available here are dependant on your level of access.
The report totals can be filtered in response to demographic criteria chosen in the filter dropdowns, Gender, Age, Financial disadvantage etc.

NB. Some of the filter options available are affected by the access permissions of your user account. These permissions can be changed by the CLASS administrator from your centre
